The personal touch of receiving coffee and biscuits upon arrival made my stay special. The quietness in my street-facing room allowed for a restful night, complemented by easy access to local shops and transportation to downtown.

Excellent personal treatment from the owner and a great breakfast compared to usual Irish breakfasts
The restroom as down the staircase on the corridor but I booked a room inclusive restroom. Anyhow, for one night o.k.

Donnybrook Hall impressed with its super clean cleanliness and cozy ambiance. The hosts, Terry and Martina, always greeted me with genuine warmth. Each morning, I enjoyed a fresh breakfast that varied daily, showcasing local flavors. My room, the Large Single Room, featured a comfy bed along with tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch. Location-wise, it's slightly farther from downtown, necessitating a 40-minute walk or a bus ride. The nearby amenities made it manageable. I did notice issues with the Wi-Fi strength at times. Despite this, the overall experience felt cute and engaging.

The best and worst parts
Staff members were genuinely friendly, and my room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bathroom, offering great WiFi access.
The lack of breakfast options and a real leisure seating area was disappointing. It felt more like just a sleeping space.

Lovely place. Easy access to city center. Spacious room suitable for family needs (2 adults + 2 children). Terry , house owner, is very friendly and his suggestions good and useful. I do recommend it.

Friendly Staff and good location to see Dublin.
Clearly post on the website how to get there by public bus. It was a little difficult to find using the Dublin Bus system.
